How do I create a team?

Open GameOS, sign in, and tap "Create a team" on the home screen. You will pick a sport, name the team, and invite players or parents by email or phone.

Is GameOS free?

Yes. The Free plan covers one team with scheduling, team chat, roster management, and live scoring. No ads. No credit card needed. Pro is $29 per month if you want payment collection, a team store, and unlimited teams.

How do parents join my team?

From the Roster tab, tap "Invite" to send each parent a one-tap join link by SMS or email. The parent taps the link, creates their account, and is added to your team.

How do I collect dues?

Open the Fees tab and create a new fee with the amount, description, and which players it applies to. Parents receive a notification and pay from their phone. You see who has paid and who has not.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. We will send you a reset link.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@gameos.app from the address associated with your account and we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days. You can also request account deletion from the app's Settings screen.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Open Settings in the app and tap "Manage subscription". Your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

Push notifications aren't working.

Open your device Settings, find GameOS, and confirm Notifications are allowed. If they are allowed and you still aren't receiving notifications, email support@gameos.app with the device and OS version.
